BLF Tip of the Week
“You are not alone and we want to help you!”
Over the last few weeks, we have had two major celebrity suicides. These tragedies were shocking and remind us that mental health issues, such a depression and anxiety, aren’t always visible on the surface. Our tip this week is focused on getting and giving help when necessary.
If you have had suicidal thoughts, then please reach out to someone and talk about it. We love you and want you to have help. If you know someone that you think might be going through something, talk to them. Show them you care. Ask them if you can help. Sometimes just reaching out makes all the difference.
